Project Experience

Project Overview

Led delivery of ERP, application, and infrastructure initiatives that underpinned mission-critical finance operations, with particular focus on Oracle-based platforms supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, contract renewals, and invoicing. Directed enhancements and stabilization efforts across end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, partnering with Finance, Shared Services, and IT stakeholders to resolve process bottlenecks, strengthen controls, and improve data quality, reporting, and downstream integrations.

Owned end-to-end program execution from business case and steering committee formation through kickoff, sprint cadence (Scrum ceremonies) or stage-gate milestones, vendor coordination, risk/issue management, and weekly executive reporting, while administering project budgets across a broad portfolio.

Administered portfolio financial management and delivery performance across concurrent initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting, invoicing oversight, and vendor SOW management. Oversaw cutover planning, release readiness, and change management (training, communications, and adoption), ensuring operational continuity and measurable outcomes—such as improved cycle times, reduced rework, higher system reliability, and stronger stakeholder satisfaction—through disciplined execution, metrics-based reporting, and continuous improvement.
