Tori brings expertise in enterprise program management, IT portfolio leadership, and AI governance to Curtis Consulting, helping clients connect technology investments with financial and operational results. As Senior Program Manager and IT Portfolio Lead, she led the transformation of an enterprise AI executive-reporting environment integrating Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, and DeepIQ. The system reported on more than $2 billion in capital assets and is credited with reducing annual analyst-resource costs by $4.3 million. This experience informs her approach to modernizing reporting, strengthening investment oversight, and improving operating efficiency.

Tori also brings the leadership needed to coordinate complex programs across teams and business functions. She led a Digital AI PMO of more than 60 global team members, aligning finance, accounting, data, product, and technology stakeholders around portfolio delivery. Her experience implementing AI-driven data-governance frameworks and partnering with sales and product teams connects responsible data management with solution development and commercialization.
