Ram brings more than 25 years of experience in logistics, consulting, software development, operations research, and IT to Curtis Consulting, helping clients modernize complex systems and improve operational performance. As founder of Applied Decision Technologies, he has led multimillion-dollar SaaS and process optimization projects for clients including Tosca Ltd and WinCup. He combines project delivery leadership with deep analytical expertise, supported by a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Illinois and multiple patents in tour planning and optimization.

Ram’s experience includes leading the modernization of the Municipal Court of Atlanta’s bind-over process to Fulton County, replacing a paper-heavy workflow with a secure digital exchange. He coordinated City stakeholders and vendors to define requirements and implement ARTISAN middleware connecting the City’s Benchmark case management system with Fulton County’s Odyssey module. The solution automated scheduled API transfers with validation, exception handling, approvals, and transmission logging, designed to support auditability and CJIS-aligned chain-of-custody controls. He also supported adoption through sprint demonstrations, workshops, documentation, and user acceptance testing, followed by post-launch support and knowledge transfer.
