Infoblox sought to modernize its Customer Service Platform into a unified, future-ready experience—bringing DDI, Threat Defense, and Service Edge together under one cohesive interface that improves administrator efficiency, strengthens security posture, and delivers real-time operational insight.

The legacy CSP created friction for administrators—forcing redundant clicks, fragmenting data across products, and making it difficult to correlate signals quickly—slowing everyday operations and delaying effective response to network performance and security threats.

Curtis Consulting designed and guided development of a modern, visual-first Customer Service Portal—introducing a new UX paradigm with streamlined workflows, intuitive navigation, and data-rich dashboards that help administrators and security teams monitor networks and execute critical cybersecurity tasks with greater speed.

Working alongside Infoblox, we delivered a visionary prototype that redefined the CSP experience—anchored by a network topology view and scalable, brand-aligned interface that unifies cross-product data, reduces effort per task, and enables AI-assisted threat monitoring, rapid troubleshooting, and actionable insights in real time.
