Equipment Health Monitoring (EHM)

The client wanted a simple, clean, "no frills" interface equally suitable for the in-office analyst and the field workers at frac sites.

The design solution provided is straightforward, using larger, flat icons with a few basic flourishes to make things interesting. Elements had to be larger given the logistics of the field work, gloves and goggles the workers wear.

The design is intended to provide an across and down view suitable for executives, district, regional and fleet managers to dive deeper into the data as they see fit. At each level the KPIs are dynamically displayed based on the level being viewed. The fleet view is a re-creation of the relevant frac pad for mechanics and field workers. It has iconography representing the pumps and items positioned on the pad.

Additionally, not depicted in this public prototype are the sections for on inventory, reporting, pump GPS tracking and the equipment ordering system which provides fleet workers with the capability of ordering new parts and tracking their status.
