I worked with Yuri the whole time he was with Infoblox in a very close relationship. He was the UX design specialist assigned to my work as a PM lead, he learned very quickly about our products and the problem we were facing with making a very technical product easier to use.
        Yuri has a very unique ability to look into the future. When we are working on new ideas, he will ask the questions that challenge us into thinking about the next step, because it is very important to create workflows that will enable the future and not limiting it!
        In addition to the daily work, Yuri developed a "view into the future". This is a very complete design idea of what the product should look like a few years from now. He worked with a large group of stakeholders to continuously verify his ideas, got input, understand workflows, understand user behavior and was always happy to change and further develop designs.
        Yuri has a very refined ability to abstract concepts. While today we might talk about hardware devices, tomorrow about services, the day after tomorrow about events, he organizes it in a way to find common needs and implements common patterns; and from there develops specialization of such patterns.
        Overall, I enjoyed very much working with Yuri. We spent hours together and those were one of the most productive meetings I had. He continuously surprised me with progress and I was continuously in learning mode - we just "fed" off each other on new ideas!
        Yuri will enrich any organization and any project with his ideas, solutions and by being himself, always striving to make tomorrow better than today.

        I worked with Yuri for more than two years on the Infoblox UX team. He’s skilled at working on the design of products from concept through implementation.
